1. The electric braking system of the machine is centrally controlled by PLC. According to the requirements of the cutting process, the cutting parameters are set by the touch screen, and the liquid crystal screen displays the control working state. The control system has the functions of starting buffer, stopping anti loosening, meter counting and length fixing, and the operation is very simple;

2. The raw material loading and unloading adopts air roof type shaftless clamping and hydraulic lifting structure;

3. The unwinding tension control adopts the full-automatic tension control system to keep the unwinding tension constant, and the taper control can also be realized according to the process requirements;

4. The "photoelectric deviation correction" system can be used to ensure the correct position of the base material and automatic tracking and setting out;

5. The main traction and winding are respectively controlled by servo motor and driven by frequency conversion. The winding tension is automatically controlled by PLC according to the parameters set according to the slitting process requirements and the change of winding diameter;

6. Full automatic camera tracking, alarm immediately in case of any problem;
